Conservative candidate Harriett Baldwin today announced that she will be holding a political surgery this week to deal with a wave of issues raised on the campaign trail.
Harriett said: “I have been delighted at the positive response as I knock on doors across the county but it is clear local people are crying out for change.
“Voters are fed up of Labour and 13 years of disastrous administration. Above all, they don’t want Gordon Brown as Prime Minister in charge of a Labour government or a rag-tag coalition of minor parties.
“If the people of West Worcestershire choose me to represent them in the next Parliament, I want to be ready to raise their issues and fight their causes.”
Harriett has been taking on casework and dealing with local issues since moving to the area four years ago. The formal surgery session will be hosted at the Conservative HQ in Malvern Link on Saturday May 1st from 5pm.
She added: “People across West Worcestershire are looking for a local champion who knows the area and is willing to stand up for them in and act with integrity at all times. Only a vote for the Conservatives will end Labour’s 13 years and disastrous administration.”
