Harriett Baldwin has added comments to the Wychavon planning website on plans to build an access track to a Wind Farm at Strensham.

An application has been lodged by Wind Prospect Ltd. to build an access track and cable trench to a proposed wind farm development. However, the planning application for the wind farm itself has not yet been lodged with Tewkesbury Borough Council.

Harriett Baldwin said, "I have made a comment on the planning application to the effect that it is premature to determine whether there should be an access track when an application for the wind farm itself has not yet been lodged with the neighbouring council. The access to the site is through Strensham village in Wychavon District whereas the wind farm itself would be just inside Gloucestershire and planning must be obtained from Tewkesbury Borough Council."
