A popular Malvern restaurant has been nominated to represent West Worcestershire in a prestigious Parliamentary competition recognising the best in South Asian cooking.
Café Zam Zam has been submitted to take part in the Tiffin Cup following hot on the heels of Upton’s Flava Fusion restaurant which made the finals and prepared food in a Houses of Parliament restaurant.
The prestigious Tiffin Cup is now in its eighth year and is judged by a collection of MPs and respected cookery experts.
Café Zam Zam contacted Harriett to ask to take part in the competition and local diners endorsed their application.
Harriett said: “We are spoiled for choice in Worcestershire with lots of really great restaurants offering a wide range of South Asian dishes.
“Although I am yet to eat there myself, I have heard good things about Café Zam Zam. After the success of Flava, last year, I hope that Café Zam Zam will do us proud.”
