Conservative candidate Harriett Baldwin will today urge voters to choose change at a series of keynote events across the county. The Westminster hopeful is due to appear at a series of events timed to coincide with the expected announcement of a general election. Harriett is planning to speak at events in Malvern and will be meeting voters at Upton-upon-Severn point-to-point. She commented: “After 13 years of Labour Government – its taxes, waste, spin, division and debt – our country is heading in the wrong direction. We can’t go on like this. This election is our chance to change that and put Britain back on its feet. “ Harriett is standing in the West Worcestershire constituency aiming to follow on from retiring MP Sir Michael Spicer who represented the community in Westminster for 36 years. She added: “People across West Worcestershire are looking for a local champion who knows the area and is willing to stand up for them and act with integrity at all times. A Conservative choice is the only way to end the Labour’s 13 years and disastrous administration. “
