West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin today called for urgent action after mobile phone users were left without a signal for long periods. Harriett this week contacted mobile phone operator Vodafone calling for an urgent solution to fix signal interruptions for thousands of customers in and around Pershore. Local people have reported loss of signal for more than a month, threatening the livelihood of business people who depend on their phones to receive orders. Harriett commented: “I have been made aware of this escalating problem and I was shocked to learn that despite many customer complaints, the problem has not been fixed. “I have contacted Vodafone and asked for an urgent update on this situation and I will be seeking a meeting with its management to discuss this. “If it isn't sorted soon, I will need to lodge a formal complaint with the regulator."
