West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin has praised the efforts of green-fingered town council workers as judges assess this year’s Malvern in Bloom entry. Harriett was last week (Friday July 25) taken on a tour to see floral arrangements in the Rosebank Gardens, Malvern with judges from the Heart of England in Bloom panel. And later this week, the RHS Britain in Bloom will visit to assess the entry on the 50th anniversary of the prestigious competition. Harriett said: “I have always said that Malvern is a very beautiful place to visit so I am sure that the judges will be impressed with what I saw last week. “The gardens are beautiful and I wanted to pay tribute to all the people who work so hard to make this part of Malvern look so stunning. “I want to wish the town all the best in the competition and I hope that we are able to celebrate some good news in the near future.” Photo: Harriett Baldwin MP and Mike Selby view Rosebank Gardens flower beds celebrating Malvern in Bloom
