West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin today published her latest expenses which have been approved by the independent watchdog. Harriett is reimbursed for some second home expenses and also the regular car journeys she makes between Westminster and the constituency and attending meetings in the county. The expenses also include the travel costs of her constituency staff and the costs incurred running an office in Malvern. Harriett was repaid £452 to cover second home accommodation; office costs of £3,242.84 and £3,960 annual fee to cover a shared parliamentary research resource. In addition there was £1447.86 of general office administration expenses. She was also repaid £1,107.95 to cover her and her staff’s travel costs and £40 to reimburse her for meals taken during late night sittings. Harriett said: “We had some one-off costs during this period purchasing a new computer and renewing an annual subscription. All of these expenses have been verified and approved by the independent watchdog. "I remain fully committed to this process. The public should have complete transparency."
