West Worcestershire MP, Harriett Baldwin today published her latest expenses which have been approved by the independent watchdog. This publication covers the period between December 2011 and January 2012. Harriett is reimbursed for some second home expenses and also the regular car journeys she makes between Westminster and the constituency and attending meetings in the county. The expenses also include the travel costs of her constituency staff and the costs incurred running an office in Malvern. Harriett was repaid £438.45 to cover second home accommodation; office costs of £2,756.58, £801.45 to cover mileage costs and £52.20 to cover other travel related costs. She was also repaid £30 to cover meals taken whilst attending late night sittings and her staff incurred £177.35 of travel costs. Harriett said: “All of these expenses have been verified and approved by the independent watchdog. "I remain fully committed to this process. The public should have complete transparency."
