West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin helped to promote the up-coming Small Business Saturday campaign with a shopping visit to Barnards Green Post Office. The MP made some essential Christmas purchases during a visit to the Malvern store which has recently fully re-opened after thugs ripped out the store’s cash point machine. Harriett popped in to the store to encourage people to use local businesses as part of the national event on December 2. Harriett commented: “It is great to see the Barnards Green Post Office now fully operational and the repair work fully completed. “I popped in to say well done to the team and also to buy a few items as part of my Christmas preparation. “We have Small Business Saturday coming up soon and there are lots of little traders across the county which could benefit from a visit. “I always make the effort to buy some of my Christmas items in small local stores and I encourage as many people as possible to do the same and show support for our hard-working local entrepreneurs.” Photo: Harriett Baldwin MP starts her local Christmas shopping at Barnards Green Post Office
