West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin today urged local start-up businesses to try and win free exhibition space at this Autumn’s party conference.
One lucky company will get the chance to promote themselves to leading political and industrial figures and make important business contacts.
The ‘Start Up Hub’ is being created at this year’s party conference – which runs from October 7 to 10 in Birmingham.
The competition is open to companies which are less than two years old, or people who have a viable business idea which needs backing.
Harriett commented: “There are lots of small, new companies across the county which have brilliant propositions and just need a little nudge to become huge successes.
“This competition is a great opportunity to get their company on the map and it would be fantastic to see a local company waving the flag for Worcestershire.”
