Harriett Baldwin will tomorrow (Friday) visit Malvern’s postal sorting office as the Christmas post reaches its peak period. The MP will be meeting with postmen and women and watching the important Christmas post being sorted at Malvern’s Abbey Road sorting office. Over 60 staff are employed at the Malvern sorting office delivering to more than 20,000 addresses. Harriett will be taking a tour of the facility and watching the vital sorting process in action. Harriett commented: “Christmas would not be Christmas without the vital work of the postal sorting office. “Staff have had to battle through some very difficult weather conditions in the last month and I pay tribute to their efforts both now and throughout the year.”
