Harriett Baldwin, Conservative Parliamentary Candidate West Worcestershire this week welcomed news that Pickersleigh District Councillor Patrick Mewton has decided to cross the floor to join the Conservative Group on Malvern Hills District Council.

Harriett Baldwin said,
