Following the Prime Minister's statement about the public inquiry into the phone hacking scandal, Harriett Baldwin calls for evidence to be heard from former Deputy Communications Director to Tony Blair, Lance Price who commented that he sometimes felt as though Rupert Murdoch was the 24th member of the Cabinet.
