West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin today announced her plans to run a special pre-Christmas surgery in Malvern this week.
The MP will hold an advice surgery at Malvern Hills Science Park on Wednesday afternoon (December 21).
Constituents can book a place in the usual way by speaking to a caseworker on 01684 585165. The casework team will be taking a well-earned break between December 22 and December 30 but letters and emails will still reach Harriett over the holiday period.
The 2012 surgery schedule resumes on January 6 with a session in Tenbury’s Pump Rooms starting at 5pm.
A full list of upcoming surgery dates for next year are published on Harriett’s website at www.harriettbaldwin.com/surgeries.
Harriett commented: “This has been a very busy year where I have handled many thousands of requests and dealt with hundreds of constituents problems face-to-face in surgeries.
“As ever, my post and emails will be monitored at regular intervals over the Christmas break.
“I urge everyone to keep an eye out for those less fortunate than themselves, especially the elderly and infirm.
“I hope that all my constituents have a pleasant holiday break and we all look forward to a peaceful and prosperous new year.
“Finally, I would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas.”
