Sir Michael Spicer MP and Harriett Baldwin will not be sending out their usual joint Christmas card this year to every home in West Worcestershire.In light of the economic circumstances, particularly affecting charities, they have decided to present an amount equal to the cost of printing the cards to the St. Richard's Hospice.

Harriett Baldwin said: "During the credit crunch, one of the things that people are cutting back on is charitable giving. I feel it is important for us to make this donation so that we can perhaps inspire others to maintain their charitable giving through these difficult times."
