West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin today offered her thanks to the many people who helped make her Worcestershire World Trade Fair a success last week.
Major international trade representatives met with local companies at a busy export event held at Worcester Bosch on Friday (March 30).
More than a dozen countries were represented meeting one-to-one with over 70 local bosses to discuss trade opportunities.
Harriett Baldwin commented: “I have already had messages from many of the attendees saying how useful the event was to open up the door to export potential and requests to make it an annual event.
“I am keen to thank all the people who help to make the event a success including our host, Worcester Bosch, the LEP, the County Council and the Chamber of Commerce.
“In addition grateful to my Westminster colleagues and my team for supporting this event and the country representatives who took the time to travel from London to participate in this important event.
“I hope that over the coming months, we will be able to report some of the deals that have been done as a direct result of our efforts.
