Harriett Baldwin last week paid a flying visit to Evesham for a tour of Prince Henry’s High School.
The MP was given a tour of the school by head teacher Tony Evans and met with teachers and pupils.
Although the school is not in Harriett’s constituency, many of the pupils live in her patch and schools including Bredon Hill Middle School feed into the popular high school.
Harriett said: “This is the first time I have been able to visit the school although I have been in contact with the school over constituent issues.
“The school has a tremendous heritage, dating back to the early 1600s and it has a great reputation in the local community.
“I was introduced to this year’s head boy and head girl and they are both impressive individuals and great ambassadors for the school.
“I was also pleased to talk to the head and some of his team and I hope that I am able to help out alongside my colleague, Peter Luff, who is the school’s MP.”
