West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin has congratulated the county primary school which swept the board with outstanding OFSTED results.
Harriett visited Sedgeberrow Primary School with local County Councillor Liz Eyre to congratulate head teacher Michele Humphreys on the results.
The popular rural primary school was awarded an 'outstanding' rating in every category in its latest assessment.
Harriett commented: “I was so pleased to congratulate Michele and the team on this latest piece of good news.
“Sedgeberrow Primary is a delightful village school and I am not surprised that its outstanding reputation locally has been confirmed by this latest inspection.”
Liz Eyre, Cabinet Member for Children and Families at Worcestershire County Council, added: “This is fantastic news. I have congratulated the head teacher for her leadership and passion delivered in partnership with her great staff team.
“Worcestershire fights on for fairer funding, the school has building challenges but here is real evidence of outcomes from great teaching despite challenges.”
