West Worcestershire Harriett Baldwin has welcomed confirmation that a 40 miles per hour limit will be put in place along a stretch of road that has seen a series of serious accidents in the last year.
Harriett is campaigning for a number of local infrastructure projects including better access to fast broadband, improvements to Pershore railway station and station parking, the dualling of the remainder of the North Cotswold Line between Worcester and London, and health and education facilities.
In January 2020, Harriett led a debate on the North Cotswold Line.

West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin praised the efforts of the Environment Agency leading the ‘ultimate recycling project’ as soil from the Southern Link Road is now being re-used in a bund to protect the village of Severn Stoke from flooding.

Speaking during Transport Questions, Harriett Baldwin calls on the Government to look again at the compelling strategic outline business case for doubling the North Cotswold line between Oxford and Worcester.
